The head of state conducted a visit to speak to national troops in the Pokrovsk area on the weekday. The president confirmed that he engaged with soldiers at the military base of the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately 12 miles from the city.

Critical Conditions in Pokrovsk

Recent mapping from a Ukrainian project showed that Russian forces had made gains into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though much of it was not fully held by either side.
